摘要
对59例糖尿病患者的血浆TXB_2和6—Keto—PGF1α水平进行放免测定,20例正常人作对照。结果发现:糖尿病患者血浆TXB_2水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),而6—Keto—PGF1α水平则显著降低(P<0.05);增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)组较单纯性DR 组和无DR 组患者的血浆TXB_2水平亦显著升高(P<0.05)。提示:TXA_2合成增多和PGI_2合成减少是促使DR 发生发展的重要原因之一;DR 的恶化程度与血浆TXA_2水平有关;应用阿斯匹林抑制TXA_2合成以防治DR 是切实可行的。
Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the concentration of plasma TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1a in 59 diabetes mellitus patients as well as 20 normal cont-rols.The results showed a notable increase of TXB_2 level(P<0.01)and a markeddecrease of 6-keto-PGF_1a level(P<0.05)in the diabetes mellitus patients in com-parison with the normal cormal controls,and a significant increase of plasma TxB_2level in proliferative DR compares with the background DR and the patients with-out DR(P<0.05).We concluded that increased synthesis of TXA_2 and diminishedsynthesis of PGI_2 is one of the most probable causes in produ(?)ing and developingDR; tile deterioration degree of DR is associated with the synthesis of a greatquantity of TXA_2;aspirin,which inhibits the synthesis of TXA_2,is Practicable inpreventing and treating DR.
