摘要
本文在消除内外扩散的条件下对SO2 -O2 -N2 -H2 O ( g)体系下 ,自制ACF脱除气相中二氧公硫的过程进行了动力学研究。认为在F >40 0ml/min时可消除外扩散的影响。在空速为 5 0 0 0Nm3 /tACF·h~ 2 40 0 0Nm3 /tACF·h ,SO2 浓度为 0 1%~0 5 % ,氧浓度为 1%~ 14 % ,反应温度为 3 2 3K~ 40 3K ,增湿温度在 3 13K~ 3 63K之间探讨了温度、水、SO2 及O2 对ACF脱硫性能的影响 ,求出了反应动力学方程为rD=0 0 0 6exp ( -885 2 8/RT)Cso2 0 4 93 6Co2 0 73 81CH2 O0 70 2 1。
In this paper, we studied the catalytical reaction kinetics process on ACF desulfurization in the system of SO 2-O 2-N 2-H 2O (g) and approached the influence of temperature,water,SO 2 and O 2 to the desulfurization performance of ACF Air speed is 5000~24000 Nm 3/tACF h,SO 2 is 2680mg/m 3~13400mg/m 3, CO 2 is 1%~14% and temperature is 323 ~ 403K The conclusion is that high temperature, high concentration of oxygen and high content of water is in favor of ACF desulfurization The kinetic equation is r D=0 006 exp(-8852 8/RT)Cso 2 0 4936 Co 2 0 7381 C H 2O 0 7021 。Finally,some advices on how to study ACF in the future were given
