摘要
用氨中和磷肥工业产生的氟硅酸溶液得到氟化铵溶液 ,再将氟化铵溶液与氟化钾在一定的条件下反应得到氟化氢钾并挥发出氨 ,氟化氢钾的分解温度为 40 0℃ ,将其加热分解得氟化氢气体和氟化钾 ,氟化氢气体可生产氢氟酸 ,氟化钾和氨循环使用 ,同时副产二氧化硅 ,钾盐及产物闭路循环 ,整个处理过程无废物排放 ,处理成本低。
Using ammonia neutralizes with fluorosilicic acid solution produced to get ammonium fluoride solution in phosphate fertilizer industry, then using ammonium fluoride solution reacts with polassium fluoride to get potassium hydrogen fluoride under given conditions again, and volatilizing out ammonia, potassium hydrogen fluoride resolve temperature is 400 ℃. And then heating it to get hydrogen fluoride gas and polassium fluoride, and with hydrogen fluoride gas can produce hydrofluoric acid. Medium salt and offspring can use circulatory such as polassium fluoride and ammonia. Silica can be produced at the same time. There is not waste material in the whole process and cost is low, too.\;
