摘要
本文研究了镉在试管内对大鼠肝微粒体混台功能氧化酶活力和脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明:镉可以降低7—乙氧基香豆素0脱乙基镉、氨基比林N 脱甲基酶、葡萄糖—6—磷酸酶的活力,同时可使肝微粒体脂质过氧化作用加强,且与7—乙氧基香豆素0脱乙基酶及氯基比林N 脱甲基酶活力降低存在高度的相关关系。从而提示:镉降低微位体酶活性的机理之一,可能是通过激活膜的脂质过氧化所致。
Effects of Cadium on in—vitro rat hepatic microsomal mixed function oxidase and lipid peroidation have been studied.The results show that cadmi um inhibits the activity of heoatic microsomal o-deethylation of 7—ethoxycoum-arin,aminopyrine demethylase,glucose—6—phosphatase and consolidates lipid pe-roxidation.The inhibition of theactivity of the O—deethylation of 7—ethoxyco-umarin and aminopyrine demethylase was closely related to the consolidated lipidperoxidation.
