摘要
目的 为改善对环境水体中溶解氧的检测性能。方法 利用气体薄层电极 (GTL E)原理 ,成功地建立了一套用于水中溶解氧的电化学检测系统。结果 实验表明溶解氧在 0 %~ 10 0 %范围内与 GTL E气孔内氧气耗尽式电解的电量有良好线性关系 ,且响应信号重现性稳定 ,不受水体流动状况的影响。检测系统的温度系数为 - 1.1× 10 - 3 /℃。结论 GTL
Objective To improve the performance for monitoring the dissolved oxygen(DO)in water bodies Methods A novel type of gas thin layer electrode (GTLE) was applied to construct an electrochemical sensor system for monitoring DO in water Results The quantity of charge consumed in exhaustive electrolysis of oxygen in GTLE was linearly proportional to the concentration of DO over the range of 0~100% The merits of the DO sensor are :good stability of the response, no interference of current velocity and low temperature coefficient (-1 1×10 -3 /℃) Conclusion The DO sensor system based on GTLE is very helpful to the routine analysis of water quality in environment
