提出在 pH为 5~ 6的HAC -NaAC介质条件下 ,用巯基棉富集天然水中铅 ,以 0 .0 5mol/LHCl溶液洗脱铅 ,采用HG -AFS法在K2 Cr2 O7-H2 O2 -K3 Fe(CN) 6存在的酸性体系中测铅 ,方法的检出限为 0 .11μg/L ,RSD %为 4.40 % ,加标回收率在 98%~ 10
In a pH=5~6 HAC-NaAC buffer solution,lead in natural water is preconcentrated with sulfhydryl cotton. The solution of 0.05 mol/L HCl is used as eluant. The eluation of lead is determinated by HG-AFS in the system of K 2Cr 2O 7-H 2O 2-K 3Fe(CN) 6-HCl. The detection limit for lead is 0.11 μg/L,and RSD %of 4.40%and the recovery rate is 98%~104%.
