摘要
在内径 32mm的鼓泡流化床焚烧炉中 ,以含三氯乙醛有机废水为研究对象 ,在 70 0— 90 0℃的温度范围内 ,进行了含氯有机废水的焚烧及脱氯试验 .研究了有机氯转化为HCl的转化率随温度的变化规律 ,发现随温度的升高 ,Cl—HCl的转化率增加 ,90 0℃时Cl—HCl的转化率达到 98 5 % .进行了高温下加CaO脱除HCl的实验研究 ,结果表明 ,温度升高 ,HCl脱除率下降 ;在相同温度下 ,随着Ca Cl比的增加 ,HCl脱除率增加。通过对生成产物进行X射线能谱分析 (EDAX)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析的结果 。
A bench scale bubbling fluidized bed with 32?mm I.D. was used to investigate the emission and removal of HCl by incineration of organic wastewater which contains CCl 3CHO at the temperature from 700℃ to 900℃. Experiments showed that Cl—HCl conversion ratio increased with increase in temperature, and HCl capture increased with increase in Ca/Cl mole ratio, but decreased with increase in temperature at the same Ca/Cl mole ratio. The experimental results were explained by the analyses of SEM and EDAX of the products from the reaction of CaO with HCl.
