摘要 :研究SO2 体内衍生物———亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠混合液 (3:1,mol.L-1 mol.L-1)对大蒜幼根细胞的遗传损伤效应 .结果表明 :SO2 衍生物处理可导致根尖细胞分裂异常 ,中期染色体粘连、间期细胞微核和双核频率明显增高 ;此外还可引起根尖部分细胞核碎解及核固缩 .SO2 体内衍生物的上述效应具有明显的时间 效应和剂量 The cytogenetic damages of A.sativum root cells induced by the derivative of SO 2—sodium bisulfite were investigated. Abnormal division and chromosomal stickiness were observed, and the frequencies of micronuclei and binucleated cells increased significantly in the root cells when A.sativum seedlings incubated in sodium bisulfite at high concentration or at low concentration for long duration time. Furthermore, root cells with nuclear fragmentation and pycnosis were also observed at the same time. The effect of SO 2 derivatives was dependent on the concentration and treated time. It is suggested that A.sativum root cells can be used as the material to monitor SO 2 pollutant in air environment.
