摘要
采用 ABCD矩阵法对传输高速信号的背板上具有频变参数的互连线建立等效时域网络模型 ,并给出接插件等效传输线模型和端接的 I/O缓冲器 IBIS瞬态行为模型 ,利用这些模型对实际电路进行仿真 ,其结果与 Ansoft公司的 PNC软件仿真结果相吻合 ,仿真效率有明显提高。
In this paper,the macro model of interconnects with frequency-dependent parameters on the back-plane is presented by using ABCD matrix method.The macro model is applied to the equivalent transmission line model of connectors and the end-loading IBIS transient behavioral model of I/O buffer to simulate the practical circuits.The results well agree with that which from the PNC software of Ansoft company while the simulation efficiency is improved obviously.
