A New Trend in the Development of E－Commerce—Mobile E－Commerce

移动电子商务是指通过手机、人个数字助理和掌上电脑等移动通信终端进行的商务活动，比传统的电子商务拥有更为广泛的用户基础和更为广阔的市场前景。重点讨论了促进移动电子商务发展的相关技术，包括：无线应用协议（WAP）、移动IP、蓝牙、通用分组无线业务（GPRS）、移动定位系统和第三代移动通信系统等；分析了目前制约移动电子商务发展的各种因素。

The concept and advantages of mobile e－commerce are firstly introduced in this paper． Then the services provided in mobile e－commerce are illustrated and the related facilitating technologies are discussed， including Wireless Applications Protocol （WAP）， mobile IP， Bluetooth， General Packet Radio Service （GPRS）， mobile positioning system and 3G mobile communications system． Finally， the elements that restrict the development of mobile e－commerce are analyzed．
