Network Economy and E－Commerce

90年代以来，以数字化、网络化为特征的信息浪潮把人类带进了一个崭新的网络经济（新经济）时代，而电子商务是网络经济的基础和主要表现形式。虽然目前世界经济正在经历严峻的考验，但是电信行业仍在不断发展，网络经济的前景十分美好。在此基础上，介绍了全球电子商务的发展现状，重点分析了中国电子商务的发展，指出了中国电子商务发展中亟待解决的问题。

The concept of network economy is firstly introduced in this paper while explaining that E－Commerce to be the basis and main form of expression of it． Then the development trends of network economy and the present status of global E－Commerce are introduced with the focus on the development of E－Commerce in China pointing out the issues that have to be settled urgently in the development of Chinese E－Commerce．
