摘要
目的 测定更年安中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量。方法 样品用环己烷超声提取 ,过滤 ,蒸干。残渣用乙腈 -甲醇 (1∶ 1)溶解后 ,经 HPL C仪测定。色谱柱 :Phenomenex C1 8柱 (5μm,2 5 0 mm× 4.6 m m) ,柱温 2 2℃ ,流动相 :乙腈 -甲醇 -水 (15∶ 15∶ 10 ) ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 更年安中五味子甲素和五味子乙素与其它成分分离良好 ,保留时间分别约为 14.6和 19.1min。五味子甲素对照品线性浓度范围 1.0~ 80μg/ m L ,r=0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 96 .5 % ,RSD为 3.2 8% (n=5 )。五味子乙素对照品线性浓度范围 1.0~ 80 μg/ m L,r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 94.7% ,RSD为 3.49% (n=5 )。结论 本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确 。
Object To determine the concentration of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in GENGNIAN'AN TABIET by HPLC Methods Samples of GENGNIAN'AN TABLET were extracted with cyclohexone with the aid of supersonic wave, filtered and the filtrate evaporated to obtain a residue which was disoloved in methanol acetonitrile (1∶1) and determined by HPLC using Phenomenex C 18 (5 μm,250 mm × 4 6 mm) at a column temperature of 22 ℃, methanol acetonitrile water (15∶15∶10) was used as the mobile phase, and detected at a wavelength of 254 nm Results The peaks of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B appear at about 14 6 min and 19 1 min The standard curves of both deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B showed linearity in the concentration range of 1 0~80 μg/mL, and their r=0 999 6 and r=0 999 8 The average recovery rate of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B were 96 5% RSD 3 28% (n=5) and 94 7% RSD 3 49% (n=5) respectively Conclusion This method was found to be sensitive, quick and accurate for the determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in GENGNIAN'AN TABLET
