摘要 目的 探索脑 -脑脊液免疫神经内分泌回路的形态结构。方法 :将 30 %CB -HRP注入大鼠侧脑室进行追踪研究。结果 发现中缝背核、弓状核、室旁核、第四脑室灰质、正中隆起以及海马等处有神经元被CB -HRP标记。结论 液神经元的存在为脑 Objective To explore the structure of the brain-cerebrospine immuno-ganglia endocrine circuito. Methods Using a method of CB-HRP was injected into the lateral ventricle. Results CB-HRP labelled neurons were distributed in thd dorsal raphe nucleus, para ventricular nucleus, in fundibular nucleus, median eminence and hippocampus. Conclusions There are CSF-contacting neurons in the rat, The results provide a morphological basis for the brain-cerebrospine immuno-ganglia endocnine circuit.
