目的 探讨小切口胆囊切除术安全可靠的方法。方法 回顾分析 1997～ 1999年为 40例胆囊疾患病人施行小切口胆囊切除术 (MC) ,就病例选择、显露方法、操作技巧进行了分析、总结。结果 全组小切口手术成功 40例 ,且无严重并发症。结论 :采用该显露方法和操作技术 ,MC的操作较为容易 ,确为一种值得选择、推广的手术方式。同时 。

Objective To explore the safety of Microincision Methods Analysis and conclusion on case selecting,exposure method and operation skill were made by retro specting 40 cases of Mc from 1997 to 1999.Results The success rate reached 100% and no serious complication appeared.Conclusions Mc is an adoptable and popularizable method of these exposure method and operation skill are used, Meanwhile,obesity is not a contraindication to Mc.
