大剂量IVIG联用万乃洛韦治疗儿童白血病合并水痘感染2例

High dose intravenous immunoglobulin and valaciclovir in the treatment of acute leukemic children with chickenpox - two cases report

本文止的为寻求儿童白血病强烈化疗期间合并水痘感染治疗方法。我们运用大剂量的ＩＶＩＧ联合万乃洛韦治疗儿童白血病合并水痘感染２例,结果二例病人水痘均治愈,无并发症发生。揭示此方法对儿童白血病强化疗期间合并水痘治疗有效。但病例较少,有待于进一步研究。

Objective: To explore the treatment of acute leukemic children with chickenpox. Methods: Retrospective analysis two patients suffered from acute leukemia with chickenpox by using high dose intravenous immunoglobulin and valaciclovir. Results: two patients were cured without any complication, conclusion: The method is good effective for acute leukemic children with chickenpox. The materials is poor, more details will be further studied
