川贝母体外透皮吸收的实验研究

Studies on permeation of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae through rat's Skin in vitro

实验选取川贝母、陈皮二味止咳常用药 ,通过小鼠体外皮肤渗透实验 ,以酸性染料比色法为有效成分含量测定方法 ,考察了川贝生物碱的透皮吸收情况及陈皮挥发油的促透皮吸收作用。结果表明 :川贝生物碱可透过小鼠皮肤 ,陈皮挥发油使川贝生物碱的体外透皮速率在数值上有一定增加 ,但经统计学检验无显著差异。

A test of permeation through rat's skin in vitro was performed and acid-dye colorimetry was used to investigate the permeation of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae and the effect of enhancing permeation of volatile oil of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Result showed:alkaloids of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae could permeate through rat's skin,volatile oil of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae could increase permeation rates of the alkaloids in a certain degree,but there is no clear difference in statistics.
