《伤寒论》太阳病蓄血证今识

New Understanding on Blood Retention syndrome of Tai Yang Disease in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease

根据《伤寒论》太阳病蓄血证的原文 ,分析了蓄血证的蓄血部位、下血途径、病证性质 ,并提出蓄血证为外邪引起的血瘀阻滞冲脉胞宫的病证 ,相当于现今部分急性盆腔炎或盆腔脓肿的见解。

On the basis of the original in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease on blood retention syndrome of Taiyang disease,the position of blood retention,the way of explel the evil and the character of the illness have been analisysed.The paper has offered the view that blood retention belongs to a illness of accumlaled blood stasis at chong vessel meridian and uterus due to exogenous evil,it is the same case as partial acute peluitis of pelvic cavity and pelvie abscess termed by people nowadays.
