颈椎病影像研究及康复疗效分析

Analysis on the Imaging of Cervical Spondylopathy and Rehabilitation Effects

目的对 6 0 0例颈椎 X线平片影像分析 ,结合临床症状及体征 ,采用物理综合治疗 ,以探讨颈椎病的最佳疗效。方法采用手法推拿并颈椎牵引综合疗法 (综合组 ) ,对 2 0 0例颈椎病患者进行疗效观察 ,并与单纯手法推拿和单纯颈椎牵引治疗的各 2 0 0例作对比 ,至治疗结束时评定疗效 ,统计数据经 Ridit分析法处理。结果综合组治愈显效率、总有效率分别为 6 4.5 %及 98%。单纯手法推拿组为 5 8%及 97% ,单纯颈椎牵引组为 5 4.5 %及 93.5 % ,综合组的治愈显效率明显优于其他 2组 (χ2 =6 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论手法推拿并颈椎牵引治疗方法能明显提高疗效 ,具有较好的临床实用价值 。

Objective The vertebrae x ray plain films of 600 cases were analyzed in combination with clinical symptoms and signs to investigate the optimal effects of cervical spondylopathy. Methods By using comprehensive therapies of cervical traction manipulation, the therapeutic effects of 200 cases of cervical spondylopathy were observed and compared to those of 200 cases receiving simple manual massage and 200 receiving simple cervical traction respectively. The therapeutic effects were assessed after treatment and the statistical data were processed by using Ridit analysis method. Results In the comprehensive treatment group, the cured effectual rate and total effective rate were 64 5 % and 98 % respectively, while they were 58 % and 97 % respectively in the simple manual massage group and 54 5 % and 93 5 % in the simple cervical traction group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Combination of manual massage with cervical traction could obviously increase the therapeutic effects and was of valuable in clinical practice.
