中老年人颈椎病的牵引疗法

Investigation on Cervical Traction of Cervical Spondylosis in Aged Patients

目的探讨中老年人颈椎病牵引治疗的最佳方案。方法 72名患不同类型颈椎病患者接受牵引治疗。根据患者的主观感受 ,分别确定不同年龄、性别和类型的最佳牵引重量。结果年龄、性别和病程以及疾病分型不同 ,其最佳牵引重量亦不同。

Objective To investigate the optimal protocol of cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy two aged patients (male 44, female 28) with various types of cervical spondylosis were recruited for the investigation. Various traction weights were used in the treatment and the optimal traction weight was determined based on the subjective feelings of the subjects. Results The optimal traction weight was closely related to age, gender of the patients and types as well as the disease duration. Conclusion The protocol of cervical traction should be designed on the basis of patients' age, sex and the types as well as the duration of disease.
