腘绳肌转移矫治青少年股四头肌麻痹

Popliteal Muscle Transfer for Correction of Paralysis of Quadriceps Femoris in Teenagers

目的探讨绳肌髌韧带转移矫治青少年儿麻后遗症 (股四头肌麻痹 )的疗效与优越性。方法治疗组 5 6例用绳肌髌韧带转移术重建股四头肌功能 ,对照组 43例用绳肌髌骨转移代股四头肌术。结果 2组均随访 1- 4年 ,治疗组手术优良率 87.5 % ,对照组 6 9.8% ,2组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论绳肌髌韧带转移矫治青少年股四头肌麻痹疗效好 ,并发症少 ,操作简便 ,手术时间短 ,失血少 ,成功率高 ,但要掌握手术适应症。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of popliteal muscle patellar ligament transfer for correction of paralysis of quadriceps femoris in teenagers. Methods In the treatment group, popliteal muscle patellar ligament transfer was employed to reconstruct the function of quadriceps femoris. 43 cases served as control group receiving popliteal muscle patellar ligament transfer substituting for quadriceps femoris. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years. Results The effectual rate in the treatment group was 87 5 % and 69 8 % in the control group respectively ( P <0 05). Conclusion Popliteal muscle patellar ligament transfer for correction of paralysis of quadriceps femoris in teenagers was effective with less complications, simple and had a short operation time, little blood loss and a high successful rate.
