摘要
目的探讨聋儿教育康复模式及效果。方法对 44 0例 <7岁的聋儿分为 2组 ,分别采用集中教育康复模式和家庭社区教育康复模式进行听觉语言训练。结果 44 0例聋儿经平均 2年 2个月的教育康复达到 >3级 6 0例 ,康复率 13.6 % ,康复有效 2 5 5例占 5 8.0 %。两种模式康复效果经配对对照观察差异无显著性。结论聋儿家庭社区教育康复模式适合我国国情 ,是传统集中教育康复模式的有效补充 ,具有更大的受益面 。
Objective To investigate the education rehabilitation model and efficacy of deaf children. Methods 440 deaf children less than 7 years old were divided into two group and received integrated educational rehabilitation model and family community educational rehabilitation model respectively to carry out auditory language training. Results After educational rehabilitation for average 26 months, 60 out of the 440 deaf children obtained recovery of more than 3 levels with the recovery rate being 13 6%. 255 deaf children were effective with the effective rate being 58 0%. There was no significant difference between the two rehabilitation models after matched comparative observation. Conclusion Family community educational rehabilitation model for deaf children is suitable for the situation of our country, is the effective supplement of the traditional integrated educational rehabilitation model and is worth spreading.
