盐酸苯海拉明片及注射液的荧光分光光度法测定

Determination of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Tablets and Injection by Fluorospectrophotometry

用荧光分光光度法直接测定了盐酸苯海拉明片剂及注射液的含量。以 0 .0 1mol/ L HCl溶液为溶剂 ,激发波长 2 6 0 nm,发射波长 2 88nm。在 0 .5～ 2 0 .0 μg/ ml范围内浓度 C和荧光强度 F呈良好线性。片剂和注射液平均回收率分别为 10 3.5 0 %和 10 0 .3% ,RSD0 .41%～ 0 .85 %

A new method for direct determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride tablets and injection by fluorospectrophotometry was established. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 260 nm and 288 nm, respectively. The linear range was 0.5~20.0 μg/ml, the average recoveries of the tablets and injection were 103.5% and 100.3%, respectively, with RSD of 0.41%~0.85%.
