摘要
目的 了解左旋四氢帕马汀 (L -THP)在大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注损伤中对一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 1(ET 1)、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)及乳酸的影响 ,探讨L THP对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用Pulsinelli方法建立大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。观察L THP在再灌注期间对NO、ET 1及能量代谢的影响。结果 L THP可抑制再灌注早期NO、ET - 1及乳酸的过量产生 ,提高ATP含量。结论 L -THP可以通过对NO、ET 1及能量代谢的影响对大脑起保护作用。
Objective To find the influence of L_Tetrahydropalmatine(L-THP)on NO,ET_1,ATP and Lactate in the brain tissues after the global ischemia_reperfusion of rats and the protective effects of L_THP were also observed.Methods The four_vessel occlusion models was made as discribedd by pulsinelli.Observing the influencce of L_THP on NO,ET_1 and energy metabolism during the reperfusion period.Results L_THP can depress the marked increase of NO,ET_1 and lactate in the early stage of reperfusion,and also improve the contents of ATP.Conclusions L_THP have a remarkble protection on cerebral ischemia_reperfusion damage.Its mechanisms may be imvoloved in the influence of L_THP on NO,ET_1 and energy metabolism.
