中美公务员制度之比较

A comparative study of China and America servant system

中国和美国的公务员制度差异较大，形成的历史时期不同；法规体系完善程度不同；对公务员的政治条件要求不同；对公务员的管理办法不同；公务员制度的用人标准不同等等。对中美公务员制度进行比较研究，有利于我国公务员制度的建设，有利于我国干部人事制度的改革。

The great differences of servant system between China and America are as follows: the different history phase of formation; the different degrees of completeness of law system; the different political condition requirement; the managing ways for civil servants; the different personnel employing standards for servant and so on. It will do good to have a comparative study for the construction of servant system and the reform of personnel management in our country.
