摘要
在连续化工生产和设计过程中 ,必须对生产操作过程中时常发生波动的不确定参数加以足够的重视 ,也就是在过程设计优化时要充分考虑过程系统柔性的问题。该文从柔性评价、柔性指数计算、固定柔性设计以及优化柔性设计等4个方面对化工过程系统柔性分析方法做了介绍和推导。解释了相应的数学优化公式并对这 4个柔性分析方法举例加以说明。阐述了国内外化工过程柔性分析的研究动向。
The actual design and operation of chemical plants much consider the uncertain parameters which frequently vary during the processing operation. Four aspects of flexibility analysis in chemical processing systems are introduced in this paper, flexibility evaluation, calculation of flexibility index, design for a fixed degree of flexibility, and design for an optimal degree of flexibility. The mathematical formulations and their corresponding insight are illustrated with examples. Recent flexibility analysis research trends are also discussed. This research provides general guidance and analysis methods for flexibility analysis of chemical processing systems.
