摘要
我国国产数控机床市场占有率低的主要原因是可靠性达不到要求 ,在“九五”期间将对数控车床和加工中心产品进行攻关改进 ,使其可靠性水平得到提高。本文提出应用FMECA、FTA分析法是解决目前攻关产品可靠性改进设计切实可行的方法。建立了一整套数控车床故障分析和可靠性改进设计的基础理论和实用方法 。
The major reaon for the low market possession of domestic CNC machine tools is that the reliability couldnt come up to the demands at present.During the state ninth five year plan,something must be done to tackle key problems of CNC lathes and machine centers to improve their reliability.The paper puts forward that FMECA,FTA fault analysis are very feasible to the reliability modification design of the key product at present.A set of theoretical and practical approaches to the failure analysis and modification design of CNC lathe are set up by the research of the paper.
