摘要
针对一般的轮廓控制加工系统在插补二次曲线或三次曲线时 ,用直线和圆弧插补进行拟合逼近处理存在分段多、光顺性差、精度低以及加工速度慢的缺点 ,利用B样条曲线良好的局部控制性和计算机CPU处理速度快的优点 ,提出一种基于三次非均匀B样条曲线的插补算法 .
The author has put forward an interpolation algorithm based on thrice non uniform B spline curve considering the upstanding local controlling quality of B spline and high deposing speeding of CPU in computer. This method has been used in rapid prototyping and manufacturing system successfully.
