摘要
水轮机空蚀破坏具有典型的机械疲劳破坏特征 ,针对其特点 ,提出采用受控喷丸工艺来减弱水轮机空蚀强度 ,延缓空蚀的发展 .受控喷丸工艺是提高材料表面疲劳强度的有效方法 .对水轮机过流部件采用受控喷丸处理 ,可提高水轮机抗空蚀性能 。
It is suggested that the controlled shot peening can be used for impairing cavitation intensity and slackening development of cavitation. The controlled shot peening is an effective method for improving the anti fatigue intensity of the material surface. If the passage of the turbine is dealt with the shot peening, the anti cavitation character of the turbine will be improved, and the service life of the turbine passage parts will be prolonged.
