流动注射在线吸附紫外分光光度法测定水体中的苯酚

On-line Adsorption FIA Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Phenol in Water

基于磷酸三丁酯萃淋树脂对苯酚的吸附 ,建立水体中苯酚的流动注射在线吸附紫外分光光度分析方法 .其线性范围为 0 .0 4～ 1 .2 mg/L,所选浓度的相对标准偏差分别为 6 .7%和3 .5% ,水样加标回收率为 96 .3 %和 1 0 2 .7% ,进样速率为 50次 /h.实际样品的测定结果表明 ,本方法与 4-AAP标准分析方法之间无显著性差异 .

A FIA method for the determination of phenol in water is developed on the basis of the adsorption of phenol by TBP extraction resin.The linear range of the method is 0.04～1.2 mg/L, the feeding rate is 50 times/h, the relative standard deviations of the selected concentrations are 6.7% and 3.5%, the recoveries of the standard addition methods are 96.3% and 102.7%. F values of the statistical analysis show no significant difference between the proposed method and the 4 aminoantipyrine standard method.
