摘要
研究遗传算法在全封闭压缩机故障诊断中的实现。利用遗传算法的寻优特性 ,搜索出特征参数的最佳组合 ,利用特征参数的不同最佳组合区分压缩机故障。将人工进化训练后生成的特征参数组合用于压缩机故障诊断试验 ,结果表明 ,有效提高了诊断精度。该方法对于压缩机故障诊断行之有效 ,且对机械系统故障诊断具有普遍意义。
Compressor fault diagnosis is studied with the aid of genetic algorithms (GA). Through GA the optimal combination of the characteristic parameters is searched and the compressor fault distinguished. The diagnosis precision can thus be increased. Optimal combination by GA has been used to distinguish different faults and proved to be effective to compressor fault diagnosis as well as to machine fault diagnosis in general.
