摘要
煤粉管道及制粉系统的运行状况对锅炉燃烧及安全运行有很大影响 ,但一直缺少有效的检测诊断。用基于光脉动原理的煤粉在线检测仪对 6 0 0MW机组煤粉管中煤粉运行进行诊断研究。测量结果表明 ,煤粉管道堵塞的原因之一是煤粉粒度过大 ,浓度和粒度不均匀等 ,与磨煤机有很大关系 。
Running condition of pulverized coal pipe and mill is of greatly effecting on the combustion and safely operation of utilities in power station. There are, however, less effective ways to on line monitor or diagnose the pipe. This paper presents the research on on line diagnosing the operating of pulverized coal pipe with light fluctuation method. The experimental results show this method works well to monitor and diagnose the running condition of the pulverized coal pipe.
