本文分析了当前无氧铜铸杆生产厂家产品质量不稳定 ,铜杆不能细拉到 Φ0 .12 m m以下的现状 ,提出了几种提高无氧铜铸杆质量的简易操作方法 。

This articles first analyses the causes of the unsteady quality of the oxygen free copper wire rods produced by some factories, due to which is impossible to draw the copper wire rods into copper wires thinner than Φ 0.12 mm. Then it presents some simple operations to improve the quality of oxygen free copper wire rods. Details concerning improving the product quality are also presented.
