摘要
在永磁电机的设计中 ,永磁体尺寸的确定是非常重要的。传统的永磁体尺寸设计采用经验公式来估算 ,不准确亦不具有普遍性。本文提出一种新的永磁电机中永磁体尺寸的设计方法 ,即用ANSYS软件对永磁电机的磁路进行有限元分析 ,计算出磁路的主要漏磁系数 ,再由磁路计算 ,得到永磁电机所需的永磁体大小。通过对一台 2 .2kW的永磁同步样机做试验分析 ,所得的试验结果与仿真结果非常接近 ,说明永磁同步电机设计及仿真程序结果的可行 。
This paper introduces a new method to design Permanent-Magnet(PM)material of PMS motor,ANSYS is used to analysis the finite-element of the motor and obtain a flux leakage coefficient that iss very important to work out the dimensions of the PM material. A prototype was tested to compare with a simulation of the PMS motor that is the same with the prototype.As a result,it's verified that the designs and simulations are accurate and can be applied for produce.
