集装箱龙门起重机门架结构刚度性能的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 在比较龙门起重机各种门架结构形式的基础上 ,认为双梁双刚性 U型支腿的箱型门架结构形式是集装箱龙门起重机的较好选择。在这种门架结构的计算模型上 ,由主梁与支腿的刚度比出发 ,从静态和动态两个方面 ,探讨了刚度比系数 k对整机工作性能的影响 ,得出了系数 On the basis of comparison with various of portal structures from portal crane, the writer think of the best choice is the portal structure of double stiff legs of U shape, double beams with box section during loading the container. On its modal of mechanical analysis, the influence of crane operating characteristic, including static and dynamic mechanic, is discussed through stiffness radio k between beams and legs. The reasonable range of k coefficient is obtained. The work of paper will guide the design of portal crane.
