摘要
研究了 3Cr2 W8V基体离子镀 Ti N涂层的滑动磨损特性。分析了涂层的磨损机理。结果表明 :Ti N涂层的耐磨性明显高于 3Cr2 W8V基体。涂层的主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损和疲劳剥落。当试验载荷从 4 90 N到 980 N时 ,涂层的磨损率上升 ,而从 980 N上升到 1 4 70 N时 ,各涂层的磨损率下降 ,其原因是磨损机制发生了变化 ,前者以磨粒损为主 ,氧化磨损为辅 ;而后者以氧化磨损为主。
The sliding wear behaviors of TiN coating on 3Cr2W8V steel substrate have been investigated. The wear mechanisms of TiN coating are analyzed.The results show thow the sliding wear resistance of TiN coating is obviously better than that of substrate. Wear mechanisms of TiN Coating are abrasive wear and fatigue spallation. Wear rate increases with test load increasing from 490Nupto 980N and then decreases with increasing from 980N to 1407N. Main cause is that main wear mechanism of coatings has changed from abrasive wear at test load 980N to oxidation wear at test load 1470N.
