Implementing the significant theory of “the three representatives” is a historic mission for the Party committees in institutions of higher learning. As holly palaces of science and culture,institutions of higher learning possess their particular position and play an important role in the implemtation of “the three representatives”. This paper explores how the Party committees in institutions of higher learning implement the theory of “the three representatives” by means of connecting their characteristics.
