摘要
引入运筹学中的最小截集最大流原理 ,建立工期 -费用优化数学模型 ,通过求解最小截集问题 ,得出工期 -费用优化模型的解法 ,并编制程序实现 ,有效地解决了复杂工程进度计划网络工期 -费用优化问题。
A time cost optimization model is given by means of introducing the min cut max flow theory of Operation Research,and a solution to this model as well as its computer program processing is provided.The result show that this method can solve effectively time cost optimization problem in complex project plan.
