摘要
肯定网运分离建立货运公司的作用 ,但成立一般的货运公司并不能解决旧有体制存在的问题 。
The effect of forming a freight transport company by “Separating Infrastructure Management From Transport Operation” is affirmed. However, the problems exist in the old system could not be resolved by setting up a common freight transport company. This article suggests to form a share holding company of railway freight transport and analyses its advantages.
