微错位四缸机冷却系统的简化设计

A Design of the Mini-stagger Four-cylinder Cooling System

介绍一种微错位四缸机冷却系统 ,并将该系统的散热效果、流动阻力及耗能等主要技术参数与常规四缸机作比较。结果表明 :微错位四缸机的冷却系统结构简单 ,工艺性好 ,且具有阻力小、耗能低。

This paper deals with the cooling system of a mini stagger four cylinder gasoline engine 4100QS.By comparing it with the common four cylinder engine,the result shows that the former is simpler in construction,less in resistance,lower in consumed energy and better in cooling effect.Moreover,it is easy to manufacture.
