从“3 L”路波车看柴油车技术创新

摘要 大众“ 3 L”路波轿车是一种以极低的燃料消耗实现全功能装备、满足各种 使用要求的车辆。它装备 1.2 L带进气冷却并采用整体式喷油器技术的涡轮增压 TDI柴油机 ;采用二级尾气催化转化装置;在其变速器结构和控制模式方面采用了诸多新技术,通过 C AN数据总线实现变速器控制与发动机控制相关联。为了最大限度地降低燃料消耗量,路波轿 车在车身、桥等零部件中采用了轻型材料,并利用先进的制造工艺进行生产。这一车型已成 为大众公司最具创意的产品之一。 The Volkswagen“ 3 L” Lupo car is a car with minimum fuel co nsumption to realize full function equipment and meet all usage requirements.It is fitted with an 1.2 Liter turbo- supercharged TDI diesel engine with air- in take cooled and mono- block fuel injection technologies,using 2- stage tail ex haust catalytic converter.Many new technologies are used in transmission structu res and control modes in Lupo cars,realizing the related relationship between tr ansmission control and engine control through CAN data bus.In order to minimize the fuel consumption,the light materials are used and manufactured by an advance d technology in body,axle and etc.in Lupo cars.The car model has already become one of most creative products in Volkswagen company.
