摘要 叙述了上海进口的三种地铁车辆的基本情况,同时阐明了对进口车辆上电气设备进行国产化的必要性,并介绍了上海地铁1号线车辆GTO静止辅助系统的基本结构和工作原理。随着电力电子技术的进步,性能优越的新一代电力电子器件IGBT迅速发展,在中等容量范围内正不断取代GTO应用场合,相应规格的GTO也将逐步停产,使1号线车辆购不到此类GTO作备品,因而要考虑采用相同规格的IGBT来替代,进行国产化研制。同时研制过程中也从降低运营成本出发而尽可能保留原系统的特点与可用部件。从电力电子技术发展与降低运营成本出发考虑,进行国产化研制。 The article discussed the basic situation of three kinds of metro vehicles introduced by Shanghai and demonstrated the necessity of domestic development of electric equipment applied in imported vehicles; the basic structure and operational discipline have also been stated in this paper. With the progress of electric power & electronic technology, the IGRT with good performance as a new generation of electric power & electronic apparatus is developing rapidly, and is replacing the original GTO especially in the range of medium - capacity. Thus, the same kind of GTO as used in Shanghai Metro Line I will not be available. Therefore the same type of IGBT should be adopted substitute for original CR) and the corresponding domestic development is very necessary. In the same time, the character and many parts available of the original system will be reserved as many as possible in the process of development in order to reduce the operation cost. In the view of the current development of electric power & electronic technology, and to reduce the operational cost, the domestic development is now very urgent.
