根据CIMS技术的思想，提出了建立船舶信息集成系统（SCIMS）的设想，实现船舶信息的高度集成和共享。探讨了SCIMS系统的结构、功能，并重点研究实现SCIMS系统的关键点，其中包括人的认识和技术两个方面的关键之处。

According to the technology of SCIMS，it comes to the idea to set up an Integrated Information System on board with CIMS，which could be shared by all departments on board the ship. It discusses about the structure and function of CIMS system and studies on the key factors of SCIMS system，which includes both of the human understanding and technic factor.
