智能运输系统对信息学科带来的机遇与挑战

Opportunity and Challenge facing Information Science by ITS

文章回顾了智能运输系统 (IntelligentTransportationSystems ,ITS)的发展历史 ,指出了ITS出现的必然性。依据智能路、智能车和智能门与信息学科中新兴技术的结合 ,阐述了当前ITS的若干研究和开发领域。针对中国的ITS特点与现状 ,提出了我国ITS研究。

This paper,first,recalls the history of the intelligent transportation systems(ITS) in China and several developed countries such as USA,Europe and Japan.Then,from the viewpoint of the integration of the smart way,smart car and smart gate using emerging technologies in information science,it presents the new trends and directions of research,development and implementation in current international ITS industry.Finally,considering the characteristics,elements,technology advance and existing situations in China,it points out the opportunity and challenge facing information science and proposes a series of priority areas in ITS research and development.
