Scattering from a Double Square Barrier

讨论一维等高双方势垒对能量确定的自由粒子的散射问题 ,分析散射中略去向右反射对双势垒透射系数的影响。

Scattering of free particles by a one dimensional double square barrier composed of two square barriers of equal height is investigated, and the effect on the total transmission coefficient due to neglect of reflection from the right side of the first square barrier is analyzed. It is found out whether a formula for scattering from a potential barrier slowly changing with position is obtained by neglecting reflections.
