摘要
在 15 2 3K、1~ 6 0min条件下 ,对Al2 O3/(Ti66Zr34 ) xFey/Nb进行了钎焊试验。结果表明 ,钎缝由三个反应层构成 ,即界面为复杂成分化合物层 ,钎缝由Nb2 Ti及Nb2 Zr与Nb2 (Ti,Fe)的混合组织层构成。当钎焊条件为 15 2 3K、10min时 ,Al2 O3/(Ti66Zr34 ) 65Fe35/Nb接头常温剪切强度最高达
Bonding of Al 2O 3 ceramic to Nb with the braze (Ti 66 Zr 34 ) x Fe y was carried out at the bonding temperature of 1523K and the time of 1~60min. The experiment results showed that the joint was made of three reaction layers. The interface structures of the joints can be expressed by complex intermetallic compounds which were Nb 2Ti, Nb 2Zr and Nb 2(Ti, Fe). The shear strength of the joint, which was bonded at 1523K for 10min, was up to 130MPa.
