评审在科技奖励中是非常重要的 .指标体系的选取和处理是评审模型中首先应重视之事 ,其原则是完备性、一致性、可比性、数量级和可操作性 .作为一种有限方案的多目标决策问题 ,评审模型理应采用相应的流程 .重点讨论了适用于专家评审会的 AHP评审模型 。

Evaluations are very important in the R&D Awards.The choice and controll of the measurement system should be emphasized in the evaluating model,whose principles are completion,comparison,quantity grade being compatable and operational.As a decision problem of limited quantity and multiobjective,the evaluating models should be theortically right.According to the practice,the AHP models are disscused mainly evaluating commission.
