摘要
生态环境的破坏与建设与土地利用是密切相关的。分析了广西土地类型和土地利用现状 ,探讨了由于土地不合理利用导致的生态环境问题 ,提出了通过合理利用土地来建设生态环境的措施。
Damage and construction of eco environment is closely linked to the utilization of land. Unreasonable use of land in Guangxi have led up to a lot of eco environmental problems, such as: the forest quality is getting declining and ecological function of the forest ecosystem has abated, soil erosion is serious, the stone desert land in kast area is enlarging, a large area of waste land has been left over after mining. Land resources in Guangxi should be used reasonably so that the damaged eco environment can be restored and improved. Some measures are suggested as follows: compiling and implementing overall land use plans on province, prefecture, county and township levels; implementing land use controlling system; reasonably utilizing the land which has not been used at present to enlarge the forestry area; regulating the structure of forestry land; improving the farmland on mountain slopes; reclaiming the waste land in mining area; and delimiting different kinds of protection zone.
