Water Shortage of the Cities and Construction of Water-saving Cities in Shanxi Province

山西城市以资源型缺水为主 ,同时存在着污染型缺水和工程型缺水。该文分析城市缺水现状 ,讨论山西节水型城市建设的指导思想和主要任务 。

The water shortage of Shanxi province is in general due to the shortage of water resources. In addition, water pollution and lagging of water engineering result in the water shortage, too. On basis of analyzing the current situation of water shortage of the cities of this province, it is raised that under the condition of seriously insufficient water resources, the province of Shanxi should take the construction of water saving cities as the direction in planning and constructing its cities. And the guidelines, the principal tasks and countermeasures in the development and construction of water saving cities are discussed as well.
