摘要
Peltier器件(又称热电致冷器)与合适的反馈控制电路相连可将一物体的温度精密地保持在±0.1℃以内。这种温度控制的优点是温度既可高于也可低于环境温度。作为例子,文中介绍了一种用于发光二极管光电特性测试的模拟控温器和一种用于精密测光头的单片微机控制的恒温器。
The Peltier elements(thermoelectric cooler)in conjunction with suitable electronic feedback control circuits can maintain the temperature of an object precisely within ±0.1℃.This control system has the advaatage of that the temperature can be set either above or below ambient temperature.For examples,an analogue temperature controller for the electrical and radiation measurements on luminescence diodes and a single chip microcomputer controlled thermostat for the precise light measuring heads are described.
