Information Property Analysis of the Rotational Errors of Spindle

本文论述主轴回转误差的信息特性,指明了主轴回转误差的信源—信道—信宿,并推算出其信息熵的计算公式。通过对主轴回转误差的测量获得了信息,使原始不确定度得以减小,但仍有残留熵。文中推算了残留熵的计算公式、表示测量误差淹没信息作用的测量误差熵值和熵系数。最后对测量所得信号的处理及分析方法。作了讨论。

This paper discusses the information properties of the rotational errors of spindle and introduces the expressions of Shannon's enlropy of these errors.The information system of rotational errors of spindle is made up of information source,channel and destination.The information is obtained through measuring the rotational errors of spindle,so they are reduced but epsilon-entropy yet remains.The calculating expressions of epsilon-entropy,measuring entropy and entropy efficiency are deduced.Lastly,the signal processing and analysis method of rotational errors of spindle is discussed.
